Infrastructure
BOIL MILL
We operate three Ball Mills with a 60MT capacity each. Raw materials are ground together to form a homogeneous slurry mixture, ensuring consistency in the final product.
SPRAY DRYER
The slurry mixture is pumped into the spray dryer and dried into fine powder. This powder is essential for the next stage, the pressing process.
SILO
The raw material powder is stored in bulk as per the batch number of the mixture.
PRESS
In our two press units, the powder is compacted under high pressure to form clay biscuits, which serve as the base structure for the tiles.
5- Layer Dryer
The clay biscuits are passed through a 5-layer dryer to remove excess moisture, preparing them for the glazing and firing.
COMPENSATOR
Compensator is reserved for the cases in emergencies. When the production line is stopped due to some technical fault ahead, the tile is emptied from the compensator. Thus the production line is not completely at halt.
GLAZE LINE
The dried biscuits move to the glaze line, where multiple coatings are applied. First, an ENGOBE glaze, followed by an OPAQUE glaze, then digital printing, and finally a TR glaze for protection.
DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINE
Using state-of-the-art Hopetech digital printing technology, designs are printed on the tiles according to specifications, ensuring high-quality aesthetics.
KILN
The printed tiles are fired in the kiln at 1200°C. This intense heat
strengthens the tiles, making them durable and ready for the final finishing stages.
POLISHING & RECTIFICATION LINE
After firing, the tiles are rectified and polished. This process involves smoothing the edges and surface with abrasive materials and nano chemicals for a refined, polished finish.
PACKING
Each tile is sorted manually to get the batch number. After that it is packed into boxes accordingly.
