To calculate the number of tiles needed for a space:

1. Measure the area.

2. Add 10-20% for wastage.

3. Divide by tile size. 

 Glossy tiles brighten dark spaces by reflecting light, while matte tiles provide better grip for wet areas like bathrooms and balconies. 

The number of tiles in a box depends on your choice. For 2x4 or 600x1200mm tiles, most boxes contain 2 each.
